The easy way out of stroke

There are many things you can do to stay out of stroke's way. And they are easy. Eat well, eat less, don't smoke, and if you have a chronic illness that requires you to take medicine, make sure you take it. I know, this is much easier said than done. But once you realize how a stroke can change your life, (and your family's), it is much easier to get in line with the goal of staying stroke-free.

This is especially true when you look at the list of stroke risk factors and find that you're not exactly exempt. Read on and learn what you can do to stay out of stroke's way.
