Question: What is Homonimous Hemianopsia?
Answer: Homonimous hemianopsia is the inability to see one side of one's visual field. The term homonimous is used here to describe that both eyes have a deficit in perceiving visual information from the same side of the visual field.

Often, homonimous hemianopsia is the result of a stroke to the temporal, parital or occipital lobe on one side of the brain.
